The Third Edition of the International Conference of the Tunisian Operational Research Society (TORS) will take place at Sousse (Tunisia) on April 7-8 and 9, 2018.

This conference aims to share and exchange knowledge in the field of Operational Research and to promote collaborations and interactions between researchers and industrials.  It covers research issues in the Operational Research and Decision Aid fields involving recent theoretical developments and real applications.

The scope of TORS 2018 includes, but is not limited to:

• Simulation, Learning and Statistical methods,
• Artificial Intelligence, Fuzzy Systems and Computing,
• Analytics, Data Science and Data Mining,
• Heuristics and Metaheuristics,
• Multiple-Criteria Decision Making and Optimization,
• Decision Analysis, Decision Support Systems, DEA and Performance Measurement,
• Production Management and Project Management,
• Supply Chain Management,
• Routing, Location, Logistics and Transportation,
• Recent applications in OR,
• Probability Theory, Possibility Theory, Belief Functions Theory,
• Health and Environment,
• Sustainable Development,
• Bioinformatic,
• Smart Transportation,
• Industrial Engineering and Systems Management,
• Big Data and Decision Making.

All submitted Short Papers (at least 3 pages, at most 4 pages) should be written in English according to this template. They should clearly include: title, brief abstract, list of key-words, author(s) full name(s), affiliation(s), complete address(es), and e-mail address(es). Please state the name of the contact person. The submission should be conducted via the Submission page.

The conference will feature parallel sessions and plenary sessions. Each contributed talk will be allocated 15 minutes up to 20 minutes, followed by a few minutes for the discussion. Talks must be in English.
